How do I check availability?
The best way to check availability is through our calendar, which is regularly updated. You may also view availability on our Airbnb or VRBO listings, or feel free to call or text us directly at 530-558-1382.
If you book directly with us, you’ll save on the additional service fees charged by third-party platforms — which can often exceed $200.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover through PayPal.
For direct bookings, we also accept Venmo, Zelle, and Cash App.
Do you allow pets?
Yes — we are dog-friendly, with no size or breed restrictions.
A small pet cleaning fee applies.
Do you allow special events?
Yes, special occasions are welcome with prior approval. We can host events for up to 50 guests. While our house can accommodate 12 guests, there are five cabins within walking distance of one another that are hosted by the same property manager and can accommodate up to 38 guests.

Is the house handicap accessible?
Yes. The home was designed to be accessible for guests using a wheelchair. A ramp on the side of the house provides entry through the patio door.
Please note that while the bathrooms do not have grab bars, they are large enough to accommodate a wheelchair.
